The Nuance Group and Edelweiss Air, a Kuoni Group subsidiary, are to extend their collaboration on the carrier's inflight programme.

From November 1, Nuance will decide the product groups to be offered long-term aboard Edelweiss Air's flights, along with the precise product range, and it will deal with suppliers and fix prices.

Nuance will also be responsible for sales documentation, the inflight shopping brochure, for determining the inflight sales system, and for helping the carrier provide sales training for its flight attendants. Nuance will also handle logistics, warehousing, trolley preparation and cashing-up processes.

Nuance has worked with Edelweiss since March 1997. The new deal runs until October 2003.
