The luggage and travel accessories concept will complement the airport’s fashion offer in the “Les Galleries” landside shopping area

The Nuance Group has extended its “Travel Star” luggage and travel accessories concept to Geneva airport after a successful debut at Zurich airport.

The 65sq m (699sq ft) shop, which complements the existing landside fashion and accessories offer at Geneva airport, offers a variety of luggage and travel accessories, including well-known brands such as Samsonite, Delsey and Longchamp.

The Nuance Group managing director Switzerland Stephan Salvisberg said: “We are convinced that this luggage and travel accessories concept is ideally suited to the audience visiting Geneva airport’s landside shopping area. The concept offers convenient shopping for both travellers and visitors and perfectly complements the existing offer.”

Geneva International airport financial director Pierre Germain added: “This concept was missing in the airport railway station shopping centre and clearly contributes to our objective of taking the landside retail offer to a higher level. It is the fourth unit operated by Nuance landside and we have no doubt it will prove as successful as all the others.”
