Travellers offered sex, toys and videotape as Private Media Group joins The Nuance Group in Vienna airport venture
Adult media company Private Media Group has joined forces with The Nuance Group to open an adult entertainment shop at Vienna International airport. The store, which sells a wide range of adult goods including DVDs, videos and magazines, opened on December 16 last year.
The Spanish company ? the only NASDAQ-listed adult entertainment supplier - distributes adult material over a wide range of media including the internet, DVD and video, broadcasting and wireless technologies. Ceo Berth Milton revealed that the company is in talks with other major players in the travel-retail business to open more outlets later this year.
"We are delighted to have the backing of The Nuance Group for this project,? he said. ?High traffic and healthy margins make travel-retail a distribution channel with significant revenue and profit potential for Private. We are already receiving extremely positive feedback from the roll-out in Vienna.
"Together with The Nuance Group's experience and expertise in travel-retail, Private's position as the leading brand in the adult industry makes us uniquely suited to enter into such an exciting venture. We are very keen to roll-out this format across the world over the next few years."
