Nuance adds pharmacies to its Hong Kong portfolio

15-Feb-2003

Nuance-Watson (HK) has been awarded the concession for four pharmacies/personal care shops at Hong Kong International airport

These are in addition to the nine general merchandise outlets and six branded boutiques already awarded to the partnership.

The Pharmaceuticals & Personal Care contract is for five years. The stores are located in the landside check-in hall, airside south concourse, airside west hall and airside arrivals hall, covering 321sq m (3,454sq ft).

Nuance-Watson (HK) managing director Alessandra Piovesana said: "Hong Kong International Airport is not only one of the most important airports in the Asia Pacific region; it is also a genuine hub airport and a key gateway to the People's Republic of China. These concessions confirm our position at one of Asia/Pacific's most important duty-free locations."

The contracts begin in August 2003.
