Nuance-Watson (Singapore) to open Samsonite store at Changi T2

The 76sq m (818sq ft) stand-alone boutique at Singapore Changi airport terminal two is due to open in December

Nuance-Watson (Singapore) has been awarded a concession to open a new Samsonite store at Singapore Changi airport terminal two. The 76sq m (818sq ft) airside stand-alone boutique is scheduled to open in December and brings the number of non-beauty outlets operated by Nuance-Watson (Singapore) at Changi to seven, in addition to 24 Perfumes & Cosmetics stores. The retailer’s contract runs for three years from the store opening date.

Samsonite president for Greater Asia Ramesh Tainwala said: “This victory signifies another milestone in Samsonite’s history as it strengthens our strategic partnership with Nuance-Watson and marks the first Samsonite Classic stand-alone store in Southeast Asia.”

Nuance-Watson (Singapore) managing director Ken Tse added: “This award allows us to further distinguish ourselves as a strong player in the duty free market. We are delighted to be able to take our partnership with Samsonite further with another great new store at Changi.”
