Nuance Australia names new chairman

The Nuance Group today announced that Nick Greiner, former premier of New South Wales and a leading businessman, has assumed chairmanship for The Nuance Group (Australia) Pty Ltd.

Nuance Group president & ceo Peter Petersen said, "It is an honour to have one of Australia's leading businessmen as our chairman at an important time in the development of Australia's fifth largest [non food] retailer."

Petersen and Nuance Group chairman Wolfgang Werl also thanked the retiring Nuance Group Australia board members, Bill Cutbush (retiring chairman) and Bob Critchley, for their broad contribution to the group. Greiner will announce two new board member appointments later in the year.
