Nordic association seeks answers on consumers

SCANDINAVIA. The 20-strong working group of retailers, suppliers and landlords formed after the Nordic Travel Retail Seminar last August is to commission extensive consumer research to address the problems surrounding customer perception of the post-abolition retail environment in the region
