The independent consultant, whose presentation was one of the highlights of the recent Global Travel Retail Summit, becomes a regular contributor to the leading travel-retail magazine

DFNI March 1, out now, contains the first of a series of regular contributions by Creative Commercial Solutions director Nigel Dolby, whose presentation to the Global Travel Retail Summit last month was one of many highlights of the event. Every month Dolby will discuss one issue requiring attention if airports and retailers are to achieve meaningful growth in commercial revenues, beginning with the need to improve communication to travellers.

DFNI editor John Rimmer said: "We are delighted that Nigel has agreed to be a regular contributor to DFNI. His address to the Summit showed he has a keen grasp of the ways in which the industry can improve passenger spend, penetration and sales. Nigel's contributions are part of our resolve to offer the travel-retail industry's best service for news, comment and analysis."

DFNI March 1 features all the latest news plus reports on locations in the EU and eastern Europe, analysis of retail trends in the fashion category plus an interview with ACI Europe director general Roy Griffins on the eve of his first ACI Europe Airport Trading Conference in office.
