Nice Côte d’Azur issues call for tenders

The French airport is looking for tenants for one fashion and accessories outlet and a liquor and confectionery store in terminal one
The French Riviera Chamber of Commerce has issued tenders for two concessions at Nice Côte d’Azur airport terminal one. The contracts on offer include a 50sq m (538sq ft) luxury fashion and accessories outlet, running for five years and five months starting from August 31 2009, and a 190sq m (2,045sq ft) confectionery, fine foods, wine and champagne store, starting on January 1 2009 and running until January 31 2015.
Interested parties need to submit the following documents in addition to the bid itself: the company’s articles of association, proof of registration, balance sheets, income statements, the CVs of its main representatives, a detailed breakdown of the company’s capital and its latest business report. The deadline for submissions is May 13.

French operator Aelia also bid for the concession.
(16-Oct-2002) - FRANCE. Nice Côte d?Azur airport commercial manager Eric Trichot has told DFNI that the increase in passengers from low-cost airline easyJet has raised the potential for retailing at the location. Nice?s new terminal two will open in December.
