The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore has awarded a shop concession at Singapore Changi airport’s budget terminal departures/transit lounge to Newry. The company was the sole bidder for the 20sq m (215sq ft) outlet, where it will open a Silk Mall concept.
Newry offered an additional rent of either 3% of the total monthly gross sales or a minimum monthly guarantee of S$600 ($433), whichever is higher. The contract runs for three years from April 1.
