Retail operator hopes new home page will improve its relationship with customers

Nuance-Watson (HK) has launched a new website for its consumers. Available in English and Chinese, www.nuancewatson.com.hk covers the company’s operations at Hong Kong International airport and will soon include information on its newest venture at The Venetian hotel in Macau.

The website includes featured products, special promotions and store details. It also has a highlights section with specific themes such as seasonal brands and insider’s tips. In addition, the new home page gives visitors instant access to Nuance-Watson news and career opportunities.

Nuance-Watson managing director North Asia Alessandra Piovesana said: “The new website is just one more example of how we are delivering on our commitment to get closer to our customers by further enhancing our already high service and communications standards. Our ultimate aim is to fully integrate the new website with the sophisticated data management capabilities available via our new point-of-sale system.”

She added: “By doing so, we will be able to offer a fully-fledged customer relationship management (CRM) programme that will open up a host of opportunities for enhanced services, sales and promotion activities in the near future. Consumers can rest assured that we will continue to invest in the new site’s capabilities and develop our unique insights to build the best possible CRM portal.”

The new website is part of Nuance-Watson’s strategic expansion into new markets, notably China, which is now home to the world’s third largest browsing population thanks to increased internet penetration.
