New sunglasses shop opens at Copenhagen Kastrup

The dedicated outlet stocks over 1,000 models and is located in the airport’s terminal two transit area

Copenhagen Airports has announced the opening of a new sunglasses store at Copenhagen Kastrup terminal two’s transit area. The Sun Shop Copenhagen outlet stocks over 1,000 models from fashion brands such as Gucci, Hugo Boss, Giorgio Armani and Ray Ban.

Sun Shop Copenhagen co-owner Frederik Thiele said: “We are very pleased to open a sunglass shop at Copenhagen Kastrup airport, one of the ‘shopping streets’ in Scandinavia with the biggest flow of customers. Moreover, our product offering fits very well with the location, as many travellers are on their way to holiday destinations and need new sunglasses for their trip.”

Copenhagen Airports vice-president commercial business Henrik Busch added: “The owners of Sun Shop Copenhagen have many years of experience and comprehensive industry knowledge. At Copenhagen Kastrup airport, they have established a shop with a broad range of international and Danish fashion brands in various price categories. There are a good many travellers who forget their sunglasses or need a new pair; they can now get good advice and inspiration at the airport.”
