New ASUTIL board of directors announced

Francisco Heredia and Martín Leal join Daniel Montero on the board of the duty-free trade association for 2008-09

South American duty-free trade association Asociación Sudamericana de Tiendas Libres (ASUTIL) has announced its new board of directors for 2008-09 following the Annual General Assembly on December 11. As previously reported on RavenFox.com, Aldeasa international director Daniel Montero is the organisation’s new president. He is joined by London Supply commercial manager Francisco Heredia as vice-president and Duty Free Uruguay CEP Martín Leal, who will take on the duties of secretary and treasurer. Completing the board, ASUTIL general secretary José Luis Donagaray will keep his current position.

 

The association will also begin formalities to amend ASUTIL’s by-laws to extend its reach to include Mexico and Central America.
