Nestle International Travel Retail (NITR) has made several changes as part of its customer management team.

Effective July 1, Iain Harrison takes on the new role of deputy general manager. Among his responsibilities will be examining the group's operations and processes. He will be undertaking an external customer review to assess the company's performance, as well as an internal review benchmarking NITR against best practice in demand chain management.

Also from July 1, Ian Robertshaw takes over as head of sales for NITR. He was previously regional sales manager for the UK, Ireland and Iberia. He has also held several sales and marketing roles in Nestle's UK confectionery business.
