Nestle and Nuance team up for chocolate promotion

Nestlé International Travel Retail (NITR) has teamed up with Nuance to promote its Cailler brand of Swiss chocolate at Zurich and Geneva airports
Nuance will be highlighting a different Swiss chocolate brand each month of the year.
Throughout October, Cailler products were on price promotion in both airports, using special customised units and supported by hostess sampling.
By mid-October the results were already well beyond expectations. "We ran a similar promotion in June of this year and sales during the month increased twelve-fold," commented NITR regional sales manager Patrick Dorais.
"Simple promotions like this work exceedingly well", said Dorais. "Customised units draw the traveller's attention to the brand and the price promotion makes the Cailler product even more attractive than normal."
