Nestlé announces Nordic appointment

Nestlé International Travel Retail announced today that Kyosti Itaniemi has been appointed as the regional sales manager for the Nordic market. Itaniemi joins from Silja Line, where he has been the confectionery and beer buyer for the past three years.

Dan Cappell, general manager Nestlé ITR, commented: "We are delighted to have someone with Kyosti's experience joining us to manage this key region. The Nordic market is the largest single confectionery market in the global travel-retail channel of distribution. Kyosti has the necessary experience and skills to evolve Nestlé's business in this region."

Patrick Dorais will manage the transfer of the responsibilities in order to ensure a smooth transition. Itaniemi will commence his new responsibilities in May.
