The dispute between InterBaires and Aeropuertos Argentina 2000 (AA2000) has escalated further, with the operator accusing the landlord of hampering its remaining business
Both sides are awaiting the outcome of InterBaires appeal against the legal judgement that forced the operator out of 1,900sq m (20,444sq ft) of retail space at Buenos Aires Ezeiza airport.InterBaires ceo Enrique Urioste said the company was taking steps to counter a move by AA2000 to prevent the operator communicating with its customers. Said Urioste: "AA2000 are not allowing our promotional people to work freely in the airports so we will take our message to the hotels and the travel agencies to ensure passengers know where we are."
