Highest bidder House of Feng Shui fails to land contract

Mini Toons has been awarded a three-year contract for a branded outlet at Singapore Changi terminal two, check-in hall north, even though it wasn't the highest bidder for the business. The company beat competition from the House of Feng Shui and Umeya Food Services for the contract, which begins on November 1.

Mini Toons offered 10% of monthly gross sales or a minimum guarantee of S$2,500 ($), whichever is higher. Its financial bid was lower than that of House of Feng Shui, which offered 14% of sales or S$3,123 ($).
