“Crossroads to the Future” will be the theme of the event

The Middle East Duty Free Association (MEDFA) has announced the programme for the forthcoming Middle East Duty Free Conference, which will take place between November 30 and December 1. The theme for the event is “Crossroads to the Future” and reflects the expansion process within the airport sector across the region in the next few years. The conference will include presentations on security, customer-focused retail, arrival and downtown duty-free shopping.

Etihad Airways CEO James Hogan and Emirates Airlines vice-president service delivery Terry Daly will deliver the keynote speeches and talk respectively about how the aviation industry will develop in the future and how to make inflight shopping a unique experience.

Pre-registration to the event is already open and will continue to November 22.
