Maxxium appoints new marketing manager

Mariska Van Beukering will be responsible for developing and implementing campaigns in Europe South and the Middle East

Liquor distributor Maxxium Global Travel Retail (MGTR) has appointed Mariska Van Beukering as marketing manager for Europe South and the Middle East, reporting to regional director Glen Williams. Van Beukering will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns with MGTR shareholders and their partner brands within Belgium, France, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain, Turkey, the UK and the countries of the Middle East. She will also facilitate develop tailor-made presentations and collect and analyse market data to develop strategic planning.

Van Beukering formerly worked as marketing and PR manager at data centre company TelecityGroup responsible for the Netherlands, France and Sweden. The position was previously occupied by Laurent Cosson, who was promoted to MGTR commercial director in October.
