Market Square Consult acquired by Goudappel

Dutch airport consultancy Market Square Consult has been acquired by Goudappel Coffeng, the biggest traffic and transport consultant in The Netherlands

Goudappel Coffeng provides consultancy services in the areas of urban planning, retail, leisure and property.

Market Square's clients include NACO, Nuon, Jacobs Consultancy, Leika, Profonte, The Berkeley Group, TCN Property Projects, ASM and Amkreutz Consult.

Johan Scholvinck, who headed Market Square and is now head of urban economics for Goudappel said: "The aviation sector took a dive southwards following the tragic events of September 11, 2001. Market Square Consult was no exception. As a consequence, I have been looking to connect with a larger consultancy network to harbour MSC's expertise and portfolio, and offer a broader range of services."
