Operated by HMSHost, the Spanish fashion brand’s outlet is the first of its kind at a US airport

US travel retailer HMSHost and Spanish fashion house Mango have opened a MNG by Mango outlet at San Francisco International airport (SFO) terminal three’s Concourse F hub. The store is the first of its kind at a US airport and offers affordable women’s clothing following the latest European fashions.

SFO director John L Martin said: “San Francisco International airport, like the city it serves, is a fertile test market for new ideas. We awarded HMSHost this contract because of the company’s track record of bringing innovative airport concepts to market. MNG by Mango gives our passengers more of the shopping choices they want where they have come to expect them.”

HMSHost senior vice-president of retail Joan Ryzner added: ““We brought MNG by Mango to the airport environment in the US because it delivers the retail experience that American travellers demand: style and fast fashion at reasonable prices. We paired SFO and Mango because of the Bay Area’s international flair, spirit and affinity for the brand.”
