MEDFA conference report: Diversity in Dubai

The challenges inherent in managing a culturally diverse workforce were acknowledged and explained in a key session on day two of the conference, with Dubai Duty Free (DDF) recruitment and employee development manager Rachael Green reporting on how the retailer manages and encourages understanding of the cultural differences between its 1,550 staff, who represent 30 nationalities
