Luxottica appoints Ng in newly-created role

Justin Ng has joined the company as area manager for the Asia region

Italian eyewear supplier Luxottica Group has appointed Justin Ng as area manager for the Asia region.
 
Ng, who has more than 12 years experience of travel and domestic retail in the Asia/Pacific region, joined the company from Nestlé where he was regional business manager for the international travel-retail team.
 
Based in Hong Kong, Ng has managed key accounts in the region, spanning more than 20 countries, and been responsible for commercial and financial planning, sales and marketing and merchandising and category management.
 
A Luxottica Group statement said: “The new position is an important step in Luxottica’s long-term strategy for the travel-retail channel. It enhances its ability to provide best-in-class customer service and enables a more proactive approach to new product launches, training and promotions within the Asia/Pacific region.”
