London City airport is to begin its hunt for a new retailer later this year

London City airport is preparing to launch a tender for a new retailer later this year. A source close to the airport, which is now joint-owned by AIG and GIP, told RavenFox.com that incumbent retailer The Nuance Group has had its contract extended until the end of 2007.

 

RavenFox.com understands that the airport plans to launch a retail tender in the middle of the year in order for the new retailer to begin trading in January 2008.
