The chocolate supplier will have “The Art of the Chocolatier” stands within World Duty Free stores at London Heathrow

Swiss chocolate supplier Lindt has partnered with World Duty Free (WDF) to offer travellers a chocolate-making experience at London Heathrow airport terminal five. From March 27, the company will have a stand showcasing “The Art of the Chocolatier”, featuring Lindt master chocolatiers creating an exclusive T5 praline.

WDF confectionery buyer Nigel Sandals said: “This is a great concept for WDF stores and it will really add to the exceptional, exclusive services available to passengers at T5. Offering travellers the opportunity to see the bespoke chocolate perfectly reflects our emphasis on interactivity at T5 and commitment to surprising people with something new and exciting.”

Lindt regional sales and marketing manager for duty-free Europe Martina Kaufmann added: “Lindt prides itself on being an innovator in chocolate-making following over 160 years of valuable experience. We feel T5 will provide a great platform for our chocolatiers to demonstrate their extensive skills and transfer their love of chocolate to the passengers.”
