Michel Perol will be replaced by HDS Retail North America CEO Jean-Baptiste Morin
Aelia CEO Michel Perol has been appointed CEO of sister company Relais H. He will be replaced by HDS Retail North America former CEO Jean-Baptiste Morin. All three companies are subsidiaries of French group Lagardère Services, which has selected COO Louis de Rostolan to carry out a “vast diversification project” for Lagardère’s retail services, while also supervising the travel-retail subsidiaries in France and North America.
