Lagardère confirms “binding” WDF offer to Reuters

The news agency reports that Aelia owner Lagardère Services placed a binding bid ahead of the March 3 deadline

Lagardère Services CEO Jean-Louis Nachury has told Reuters news agency that the company has placed a binding bid for BAA retail subsidiary World Duty Free (WDF).
Nachury told the news agency that Lagardère, which owns French travel retailer Aelia, submitted the bid before the March 3 deadline.
