LVMH expands footwear business with RossiModa

Luxury goods group LVMH Moet Hennessy-Louis Vuitton is to buy a minority stake in Italian shoemaker RossiModa, with a view to creating shoe collections for LVMH brands.

LVMH Fashion Group and RossiModa have already entered a partnership to create ranges for the Givenchy and Emilio Pucci brands, following a licensing agreement between RossiModa and LVMH-owned fashion house Christian Lacroix last Summer.
