L'Oreal Luxury Products Division has reorganised its travel-retail worldwide marketing division to manage changes to its distribution channels and to develop its brand portfolio. The news comes as L'Oreal revealed it has signed a licence agreement with fashion brand Diesel to launch a new fragance line. The range is scheduled for launch in 2007.
Lise Bellavoine has been appointed to the new role of marketing director brand, image and new consumer services. This department will supervise brand positioning and image on an international level and develop new consumer services.
Bellavoine joined the L'Oreal Group in 1996 as part of the Consumer Products Division. She was appointed as marketing manager of Helena Rubinstein cosmetics, part of the Luxury Products Division, at the beginning of 2001 and has most recently been employed as marketing manager Lancome cosmetics.
The company said: "Being a make-up expert, Lise has developed some great products and service tools. She has also proved her leadership and her capacity to rally teams around her projects. We are sure Lise will offer all the creativity and rigour needed for the accomplishment of our new ambitions in travel-retail."
Jean-Michel Bostroem will continue as marketing director development of exclusive products, publicity and trade communication.
