The luxury beauty supplier promotes Dubrule
L'Oréal Luxury Products Division has created a strategic development department, a new division of the company. Lancôme International head Marc Dubrule has been promoted to head up the new division, while Lancôme International deputy general manager Odile Roujol has replaced him at the beauty brand.
The new division has been created to oversee L'Oréal's acquisitions strategy. It will also advise and assist its two Asian brands Shu Uemura and Yue Sai.
Dubrule joined L'Oréal in 1986 and was head of LLPD's South Korean base before becoming general manager of Biotherm International and Lancôme International in 2002. Roujol joined Lancôme in 1996 and has been Lancôme France general manager, and Lancôme USA deputy general manager.
