Lindt has reported increased sales following a Swiss-themed promotion at Kuala Lumpur International airport

Confectionery supplier Lindt has claimed strong sales growth following the introduction of a Swiss-themed promotion at Kuala Lumpur International airport. The Lindt Treasures promotion, which will run until January 5 at the Choc Stop International outlet operated by Chocolate Sales & Supplies, features a traditional Swiss chocolate display including Lindt Napolitains, musical cows and sales promoters dressed in traditional Swiss costume offering samples to passengers.

Passengers who spend over M$150 ($40) on Lindt chocolates are given a Lindt bag, while for every Lindt purchase above M$180 ($48) travellers receive a musical cow.
