Korea considers arrivals duty-free at Seoul Incheon

SOUTH KOREA. Arrivals duty-free could be open at Seoul Incheon International airport as soon as next year if new legislation backed by airport authority Incheon International Airport Corp (IIAC) and operator Korea National Tourism Organisation (KNTO) is passed
