The company is running outlets for Tie Rack and its own-brand Antares at the new Square 2 shopping centre

King Power Group (Hong Kong) subsidiary King Power International (Singapore) has opened two new stores in the new Square 2 shopping centre in Singapore. The first store covers 20sq m (215 sq ft) and sells Antares brand products like MP3, MP4, digital cameras, sunglasses and watches.

The second store is a Tie Rack kiosk. King Power already manages a Tie Rack outlet at Singapore Changi airport terminal one as the company has exclusive rights to operate Tie Rack in Singapore and India. Plans to open a Tie Rack store in terminal two and to start trading in India are still being finalised.

King Power duty-free and travel-retail managing director Sunil Tuli said: “For these products we can work either with small spaces or something a bit bigger. This is the ideal size with which to work and we are now negotiating with several airports in the region to have our products listed.”
