King Power extends confectionery contract at Changi T2

King Power International Singapore has been granted a two-year extension to its chocolate, confectionery and delicatessen concession at Singapore Changi airport terminal two

Travel retailer King Power Group (Hong Kong) has confirmed that Singapore subsidiary King Power International Singapore has had its confectionery contract renewed at Changi terminal two. The initial term of the contract, which started on May 1 2004, was for three years, with an option to extend by a further two.

King Power duty-free and travel-retail managing director Sunil Tuli said: “We are very pleased to have successfully negotiated this extension. Changi is an important airport for us, and these particular concessions have been very successful.”

The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore has issued the confectionery tender at Singapore Changi T3. The closing date for bids is March 12 at 4pm.
