Inflight push changes Malaysian fortunes

MALAYSIA. The inflight arm of Malaysia Airlines, MAS Golden Boutique, has posted an increase in sales of 38% for the nine months to March 2004, according to the division's head Raja Nordiana Zainal Shah.
