Inflight awards postponed

The Inflight Sales Person of the Year Awards 2001 has been postponed until next April, as a result of the US crisis. The event, which rewards excellence among cabin crew, is a collaboration between Travel Retail Training and Alpha Airports Group, and was due to be held in London on November 28 to 30.

Organiser Christine Martin told TRW: "It would be difficult to hold a motivational event for crew in the current climate, and our sponsors all understand. We hope to arrange a new date in April next year."
