Inflight Sales Group (ISG) has been awarded a full concession contract with Brazilian carrier Varig, effective February 21 next year. The Jean-Marcel Rouff-owned company will replace incumbent concessionaire Brasif. No details on the contract terms were available.

Rouff told DFNI: "We are very proud and happy to have secured this contract which we helped set up many years ago when I ran IDFS. We will be redesigning the programme with some exciting developments next year."

In related developments, Rouff said that Inflight Sales Group Hong Kong has had its existing supply agreement with Cathay Pacific Airways confirmed until the end of 2004. The airline had sought expressions of interest earlier this year. And ISG Hong Kong has also extended its Air Seychelles full concession for a three-year period from October, Rouff said.
