Inflight Sales Group quits Macau contract

Inflight retail concessionaire Inflight Sales Group (ISG) has announced it will end its contract with Air Macau on November 26 because of extensive credit card fraud affecting duty-free sales. King Power Group will take over the contract.
ISG said that over the past 12 months up to 25% of duty-free sales on the airline had been made with fraudulent credit cards. With several organised gangs operating in Taiwan, fraud has been prevalent on the carrier's main duty-free route to China via Macau. Some 70% of the airline's passengers are Taiwanese.
