Jean-Marcel Rouff's Inflight Sales Group (ISG) has signed an inflight concession agreement with Air Canada, effective December 1. The concessionaire takes over, by agreement, from Alpha Inflight Retail. The deal involves new contract terms, Rouff said, adding that it will run for "several years".

"We're working on an exciting new programme for April 1, involving a new image and new style," he told Duty-Free News International. "We'll also have a new programme for December but the real changes commence next April."

Meanwhile, fast-growing China Southern Airlines has entered into a 10-year concession agreement for exclusive operation and exclusive supply with fellow Rouff company Diplomatic Supply. ISG is the exclusive supplier to Diplomatic Supply, including the latter's existing contracts with Air China, China Eastern and China Northern airlines.
