Travel Retail Training teams up with DFASS and Air Canada to launch the first Inflight Sales Person of the Year Americas event
Travel Retail Training (TRT) is to extend its successful Inflight Sales Person of the Year event to the Americas region with the launch of ISPY Americas. The event, to take place in Montreal from August 30 to September 1, will be supported by Duty Free Air and Ship Supply and hosted by Air Canada, which will provide training rooms and a simulator during the three-day event.As in the established ISPY event held annually in the UK, airlines will be invited to send their top-selling crew members to training and motivational sessions where they will be assessed on five key selling areas. The winners of team and individual awards will be honoured at a closing dinner. A sponsors' product fair and workshops will be held among with a full social programme.
ISPY Americas will be open to all airlines in the region but attendance does not preclude them from participating in the international event.
