ISPY Americas postponed until 2007

The inaugural Americas version of the Inflight Sales Person of the Year Awards will be rescheduled to allow a longer period for preparation
Travel Retail Training (TRT) has announced the postponement of the inaugural Americas Inflight Sales Person of the Year Awards, originally due to be held on August 30-September 1 this year. The organiser now aims to hold the event in June 2007.TRT director Ray Martin said that after consultation with main supporter Duty Free Air & Ship Supply the company had decided that the original date would not allow airlines, sponsors and organisers the time to prepare sufficiently. Delaying until 2007 will allow airlines a longer period to nominate crew members to attend the event.
Martin added that a number of airlines and key sponsors had confirmed their support for the event at last month's Duty Free Show of the Americas in Fort Lauderdale.
For more details of the event, contact Ray or Christine Martin on info@trtuk.com.
