IIAC selects Shilla, AK Duty Free and Lotte as preferred bidders

Incheon International Airport Corp (IIAC) has selected Shilla Hotel, AK Duty Free and Lotte Hotel as preferred bidders for the duty-free concession contracts

Incheon International Airport Corp has selected three companies as preferred bidders for the duty-free contracts at Seoul Incheon airport.

Shilla Hotel gained preferred bidder status for fragrances and cosmetics for the DF1 lot at the west side of the passenger terminal and concourse A, and for the DF5 space for the fashion, boutiques and food at the central area of the terminal and concourse A. Lotte Hotel is the preferred bidder for lot DF3 for liquor and tobacco and boutiques, fashion and DF4 at the east of the building for fashion, boutiques and food, while AK Free is the preferred bidder for the DF2 lot for fragrances and cosmetics.

Eight companies participated in the bidding, five of which were local companies Shilla Hotel, Lotte Hotel, AK Duty Free, Walker Hill and Paradise Hotel. There were three international participants – DFS Group, King Power (Hong Kong) and Aldeasa.
