The news and books retailer opens three outlets at Baltimore/Washington Thurgood Marshall International airport

News and books retailer Hudson Group has opened three outlets at Baltimore/Washington Thurgood Marshall International airport this month in association with local partner Olympic Distribution (RavenFox.com September 15 2006). The stores will trade as Olympic News.
 
Hudson Group and Olympic Distribution opened their first outlet in Concourse D before Christmas and the second opened in Concourse B on January 9. A third store was due to open in Concourse D today (January 30).

Airport authority BAA Maryland spokesperson Joanne Beardslee said that a range of snack items would be available as well as about 3,000 regional, national and international magazines and books.

In addition a range of food and beverage outlets have also opened at the airport, including Quiznos, McDonald's and Auntie Anne’s. Coffee chain Starbucks has opened two branches.
