The two companies unveil limited-edition products at Heathrow T5 to mark the start of the UK tennis tournament
Hotel Chocolat is to team up with champagne house Lanson to launch a signature Strawberry Meringue Giant Slab at World Duty Free (WDF) outlets at London Heathrow terminal five to coincide with the Wimbledon tennis tournament.The Strawberry Meringue Giant Slab is made of strawberries, vanilla and white chocolate with crunchy meringue chunks. WDF hosts will offer samples of the 500g slab as well as samples of Lanson’s NV Black Label Champagne encased in limited edition Wimbledon jackets.
London Heathrow T3 will also feature a Wimbledon-themed bar enabling customers to purchase UK exclusive bottles of Lanson Rose. The bottles will be encased in black and purple bags offering tennis fans a Wimbledon souvenir.
WDF head of category for food Fraser Dunlop said: “The Hotel Chocolat Strawberry Meringue Slab teamed with a limited edition bottle of Wimbledon Lanson is a great way to passengers to celebrate the famous British tennis season.”Bookmark This Article
