Exclusive to Raven Fox: By Martin Moodie

Lancaster president Hans-Kristian Hoejsgaard has left the company. The highly rated executive took legal action against the German beauty house on a question "of integrity and honesty" he told DFNI. "I was accused of something I hadn't done," he added. As a result of the legal action he was dismissed from his position.

"I feel very strongly about business ethics," he said, commenting on the reasons for his action.

Hoejsgaard, who joined Lancaster as senior vice-president international in 1998, also spent time in senior positions at Guerlain and Seagram. His expertise in the travel-retail sector will be particularly missed at Lancaster. His address at this year's Global Summit in London was one of the event's highlights.
