Hellenic to buy Nuance’s Greek business

(1-Apr-2002) - GREECE. According to sources at Hellenic Duty Free Shops, Aldeasa and The Nuance Group?together with its new shareholders?are among seven groups to have registered interest and requested the memorandum documents for the sale of a stake in the Greek operator of between 40% and 60%.

(3-Jul-2002) - GREECE. Hellenic Duty Free Shops expects to sign a preliminary agreement by early next month to buy stakes in two Turkish border duty-free operators. A Hellenic spokesman said the company was in financial and legal due diligence to acquire 60% of a joint company, but would not confirm the names of the operators involved.
