Heinemann secures contract with Bratislava airport

The retailer has re-negotiated a deal with the new board of directors at Bratislava airport to operate the duty-free and duty-paid retail space.

Gebr Heinemann has secured an agreement operate the duty-free and duty-paid retail offer at Bratislava airport. It signed a new concessions agreement for the existing three premises totalling 173sq m (1,861sq ft) after re-negotiating with the new board of directors.

Heinemann will begin operations from January and the agreement includes an option to increase the existing sales area in line with the expected passenger growth.
