Successor has yet to be appointed by the retailer

Jordanian Duty Free Shops director marketing and sales Omar Hawamdeh will step down from his position after January 17. Although a successor has yet to be appointed by the retailer, Hawamdeh said in a personal message to business associates that the transition will be “as smooth as possible”.

“It has been an honour dealing with such a fine calibre of professionals throughout the industry and a pleasure meeting those whom I was lucky enough to encounter,” he added.
