The founder of The Skills Exchange will talk about seeing products from a consumer’s perspective
The Tax Free World Association (TFWA) has announced that The Skills Exchange founder Hamish Taylor will speak at the opening conference of the TFWA World Exhibition 2008, which will take place in Cannes on October 27-31. In a talk entitled “The Fourth Dimension”, Hamish will assess how brands, retailers and landlords can improve their brand proposition by seeing their products from a consumer’s point of view and by analysing the performance of leaders in other sectors.
Taylor has previously worked at Procter & Gamble, British Airways, Eurostar Group and Sainsbury’s Bank. In 2004 he established the Hamish Taylor Skills Exchange Network, which helps organisations to improve their business by looking outside their current environment. His address at the TFWA World Exhibition will follow the “State of the Industry” talk by TFWA president Erik Juul-Mortensen and the keynote speech “Force India” by The UB Group chairman Vijay Mallya.
